No. DivZen is designed for solo use. Your co-parent doesn't need to be involved at all. You can use it to organize everything for yourself, or generate reports to share with your co-parent about expenses, custody decisions, or scenarios. Your co-parent has zero access to your account unless you explicitly share your password.

AI features use credits: Agreement Analysis, Receipt Scanning, AI Questions, Message Drafting and Monthly Reports. Each feature uses a set number, listed at divzen.co/pricing. Credits refresh monthly on Guardian and Sovereign and don't roll over.

Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When downgrading or canceling, you keep access until your billing period ends, then return to the free Peacekeeper plan. Purchased credit packs remain in your account forever.

You never lose access to your data. All your logged expenses, incidents, calendar entries, and uploaded documents remain in your account forever, even on the free plan. The only difference is you'll have limited AI credits. You can always view, edit, and manually track everything you've entered, anytime.

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit using bank-level security (AES-256). We never sell your information, and your co-parent cannot access your account. For AI features, we use OpenAI as our AI provider. Before any text is sent to OpenAI, DivZen replaces names and personal details (your family's names, schools, doctors, email addresses, phone numbers and addresses) with placeholders, and puts the real names back when the answer comes in. This applies to every AI feature. Receipt images and audio recordings are sent as they are, because details can't be removed from an image or a voice; the text that goes with them is anonymised. Add your family before uploading an agreement so DivZen knows which names to replace. OpenAI automatically deletes this data after 30 days and does not use API customer data to train their models. You can choose to use AI features selectively or not at all. All manual tracking features work without AI.

Yes! DivZen works based on your specific agreement terms, not country-specific laws. Upload any custody or divorce agreement from any country, and the AI will analyze it accordingly.

Yes! All plans include data export capabilities: • Free Plan (Peacekeeper): Basic JSON export for GDPR compliance and data portability. • Premium Plans (Guardian & Sovereign): Court-ready exports. DivZen records a SHA-256 fingerprint of each export when it's created, and anyone (you, your lawyer or the court) can upload the file at app.divzen.co/verify to confirm it hasn't been changed since.
